Since grandfather Cristóbal López began to cultivate his orchard in the “Cuesta de Gos”, we have maintained the same quality objectives. For this reason, our organization has joined the S.A.T. “Agricultores del Sureste”. [S.A.T. stands for Agrarian Company of Transformation, which is a legal form in Spain applying to agro-businesses with a high share capital and minimum turnover]. This company brings together a group of growers in which, due to their intense activity in the sector and the quality of their products, we have put our trust to merchandise part of our production.    
 We want our crops to reach the consumer as soon as possible and with highest quality. Accordingly, a relevant part of our resources is dedicated to production using the most modern and advanced techniques. We decidedly avoid the use of pesticides against pests of damaging insects (Traceability) , and let nature go into action. There are thousands of beneficial insects that nature uses to efficiently control the most resistant pests.(Pest Ocurrence) (Integrated Production)
